Description

The 14HS10‑0803S‑EGS5 is a two‑phase bipolar hybrid motor with a 35 × 35 mm flange and 26 mm stack, offering 1.8° (200 steps/rev) resolution. It’s wound for 0.8 A per phase with 2.8 Ω (±10 %) phase resistance, delivering holding torque of 0.25 Nm–0.30 Nm. Phase inductance ranges 4 mH–6 mH (±20 %). The motor uses a 8mm keyway shaft and integrates a 5.18:1 EG‑series planetary gearbox for low‑backlash precision. It supports insulation resistance ≥ 100 MΩ @ 500 VDC, dielectric strength 500 VAC for 1 min, and continuous operation with ≤ 80 °C temperature rise in an ambient range of –20 °C to +50 °C.
