1N5822 Schottky Diode

Description

The 1N5822 is a shcottcky diode that has very low forward drop voltage VF which makes it ideal for fast switching applications at lower current ratings. It is suited for Switch Mode Power Supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. Packaged in DO-201AD, the 1N5822 is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, polarity protection and small battery chargers.
