Description

The NEMA 23 Stepper Motor 57BYGH100 is a bipolar hybrid stepper with a 1.8° (200-step) resolution and a 100 mm stack. Rated current is 4.2 A, with phase resistance ranging 0.7 Ω – 1.0 Ω and phase inductance between 2.2 mH – 5.0 mH. Holding torque spans 2.2 Nm – 2.7 Nm. The motor includes four leads for bipolar operation, high insulation standards (≥ 100 MΩ @ 500 VDC), dielectric strength of 500 VAC for 1 min, and supports continuous operation up to 80 °C temperature rise within an ambient range of –20 °C to +50 °C. The standard shaft diameter is 8 mm D-shape.
